Why is Swift Flight Form a level 71 spell?

[:1]I dinged 70. Got the message that Swift Flight Form was available at the trainer. Bought my Artisan Riding, and then visited the druid trainer to find.....it seems to require level 71.

I assume this is a bug?
I thought this was fixed in yesterday's patch. Hm.
Originally, Swift Flight Form was only accessable through completing a special quest in TBC. It was a perk for being a druid, since prior to Swift Bird, druids were not using their flight form once they trained epic flight skill.

When WOTLK came out, they threw us a bone by allowing us to train it without completing the quest. The rub was you had to wait an extra level. So, less work, but a bit more waiting. Good trade off.

I'm assuming the quest is now gone, like all class-specific quest (moment of silence) but the quirk remains.

Except the UI told me Swift Flight form was trainable when I dinged 70. ;p So either the UI message is wrong, or it requiring level 71 to train is wrong. :/

And no, this occurred today, the day after the patch, so the patch definitely didn't fix it. :) I guess I have to go ahead and buy an ugly gryphon for a level. :(

Why wouldn't you just wait for 71? It doesn't take much time, and most of the quests at 70 are in close proximity to one another in the Borean Tundra.
