Just curious.. cause it dropped and I have the option of keeping it or sharding it. o.o
It's usable for bears. As an Agility trinket it is weaker than Tia's Grace and Fluid Death. I think you can afford to replace one of your Stamina trinkets (but don't shard it!) with it.

It's BiS for physical tanking with Fluid Death.
