Because real haste also lowers GCD and increases energy regen, but Slice And Dice doesnt. So does Berserking have the extra advantages of lower GCD and +energy regen too? Or is it like S&D and just pure atk spd increase?
No, Troll racial is NOT Haste. It only increases the speed in which you attack and cast spells, thats it. It's like Slice in Dice, only increases the speed and nothing else. If it were actual haste increase we would be very over powered.
Hey does it stack with savage roar and lifeblood?
It does stack with Lifeblood. Do not know about Savage Roar.
