does the shadow armor enchant still work?

it says that it increases stealth, +10 agi and +40 armor but when i enchanted my cloak it only says +40 armor and +10 agi
The stealth modification was removed when 4.0 went live.
i thought so, but it said that it still increased stealth, thanks yall
