This happened a while ago and has been live for at least 2 weeks.

This happened a while ago and has been live for at least 2 weeks.
It's actually been live for about a month. There was only about 2 days when it wasn't 15%.
It'll be nice when we hit Cata and Starsurge is included.
one month is included in the phrase 'at least two weeks,' which covers everything equal to or more than a two week period.
