it doesnt seem like mine is getting a 100% crit modifer
or does starsurge crits range is alot
I swear I already replied here. Hm. Yes it varies a lot, it does 30% less damage between eclipses, which will make your crits seem much different.
It has nothing to do with Eclipse. It's bugged and only critting for 50% damage.
No buffs, no debuffs on target, no gear that can cause procs (trinkets, ring and weapon):
