Stampeding Roar w/ other Speed Buffs

[:1]Stampeding Roar functions identically to Darkflight, except that it is broken by shifting.

Which means that the only speed buff it stacks with is 4 piece pvp set.

For personal use, bear can be useful--cat is pretty much useless.
