Guys i just recently switched over to resto for a change of pace from feral and want to start healing heroics. Could you look at my gear and tell me if it at least possible? Also what heroics should I start with?

It might be a little tough with your gear but you could manage with a decent group.
Lost City and Vortex Pinnacle are good starting heroics.
You need more spirit but other than that your good....Work on finding a steady rotation that you can do easily...I've found waiting for Omen of Clarity to proc of lifebloom/nourish is a good way to throw heals at DPS when needed and then it's just a regrowth...remeber blizzard said we can be cruel now if they stand in fire after getting a heal lettem Die.
