No one had any reason to suspect that ToL would be removed six months ago, but here we are.
Blizzard will change things as they see fit and very little the playerbase says will matter in the end.
I would prefer they address allowing casting in sea lion form for the underwater zone in Cata.
There is a tool you could use to solve your problem.
It's called "Search Tool".
there will never, EVER, be a GLYPH that allows balance players to dps in moonkin form but without a graphic. the graphic is how players know we are poly immune. i wouldn't rule out moving moonkin to a cd but it's probably pretty unlikely.

this is basically what I say in every other iteration of this thread.
Ikagawa is right though. It's entirely possible that Blizzard will change moonkin form in the future, but that change will never be as a result of player QQ.
I personally love moonkin form. It's why I still play my main as a druid. I am all about the Big Fat Chicken.
That being said....
Since they gave us a glyph to keep the old TOL look, I see no reason why they couldn't add a glyph for changing the form of moonkins to something more "awesome" (if artifically sinister, humorless, and cliche'd is your idea of "awesome"). Best of both worlds, poeple who love it (like me) can keep it, and people who don't (you sad, joyless, avatars of misery that you are) won't have to have it. It would be, as they say, A Good Idea.

I do remember there being a thread in the druids forums in which a blue was asking druids if we actually like Tree of Life form and if it was fun. If I remember most druids reported that it wasn't really wasn't and not seeing their armor and only getting a passive heal bonus and blah, blah, blah. There were people who said they like it, but they weren't in the majority.

I remember that. I'm fairly sure they were already planning on changing treeform. I could be wrong, but I thought they just wanted to gauge reaction. I don't really think popular opinion influenced their decision either way, really. The forums aren't an accurate sample of WoW players, really, and I'm sure they know this.
